We collect all information from our clients during the registration. Our clients can also send their details through email, phone call, Bigcare mobile app or text.

We use residential address, phone numbers, emails, and other contact information to communicate directly with our clients and their caregivers and only for the purpose of sending reminders/schedule of appointments. We do not share, rent or sell clients information to any person/organization.

We save and secure all your data on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
